- Once a plan is selected we continue to assist in the introduction of the benefit plans selected providing customized
"Company Specific Benefit Summaries" and individual employee enrollment and contribution sheets. We then continue to work
with each client on any daily enrollment, termination, billing or claim issues that may arise.
- The new HIPAA regulations (effective 4/14/04) create a greater need for a benefit partner who has complete service
capabilities, which we have and will continue to improve to comply with the upcoming HIPAA requirements.
- We believe that you need a proactive benefit partner and we strive to create a great interactive working
relationship. We want our clients to view us as an extension of their benefits department.
